Terms of Hire

To rent the motorhome of your choice, an initial 25% Non-refundable deposit is required by credit card (Visa or Master card) or debit card on booking. An invoice for the remaining sum will then be posted to you and will be required six weeks prior to the hire start date. Vehicles will not be released without cleared payment received in full.

For late bookings (less than six weeks prior to the hire start date) the full price is payable on booking.

Prices shown below are for Standard UK hire bookings only. We reserve the right to increase hire prices to reflect seasonal demand, bank holidays and major special events. Please contact our team for details. Whilst every effort will be made to allocate the vehicle you have requested, we cannot guarantee the exact specification as manufacturers continually update their products and we operate a rolling two season fleet of Motorhomes i.e. last seasons and the current seasons. We will of course guarantee the minimum berths you have reserved and will offer a free upgrade, if required, due to availability issues e.g. from a 2 Berth to a 4 Berth or a 4 Berth to a 6 Berth.

When hiring our motorhomes, you will be required to:

Pay a £1,000.00 security deposit which will be refunded to you on the safe return of the vehicle and...
Provide an Excess Damage Waiver policy to the value of £2,500.00. These can be provided by specialist third party insurers, examples of which can be found at the links below. Day's Motorhomes do not sell Excess Damage Waiver Policies, have no affillation to any third party excess damage waiver provider and are not liable for any business interaction you may enter into with the provider.

Hired our first ever motor home from the Gorseinion branch, the booking was easy thanks to Stuart who sorted everything out when we had to cancel our original booking and rearrange for another time. The motor home was fantastic, clean and comfortable and a big thanks to Dean who explained everything we needed to know and a great holiday was had by all. We would definitely do it again.

We hired a Motorhome from Days Rental for a week. We had a detailed hand over and good service when we arrived to pick the Motorhome up. The vehicle was clean and more than suited our needs. i.e me, wife and dog. We we met on the return and the hand back was quick and effortless. We recommend them and will be back.

Although we had some issues with the camper van itself (Bailey 68-2), the reception and assistance that we had from the staff was excellent. From reception to being shown around the camper and on return, where we highlighted some issues, the attitude of the staff was great. I'd like to thank Peter & Dean for their understanding & responsiveness to our issues and feedback. We would certainly use Day's again if hiring a motorhome.

I rented a motorhome from Days for a long weekend with my cousin who is in a wheelchair. The staff were very helpful and considerate … We did have a problem with the glass safety screen for the cooker, which shattered … we had thought that we would be charged for this, however the staff at Days … did not charge us. Would definitely use Days again.

Excellent service! Had a slight issue with the water while in Northumberland but a few calls to Dean in Swansea and it was quickly sorted. Spent two weeks traveling up and around the North and Scotland and the motorhome didn't miss a beat! All in all a great holiday and will definitely hire from Day's again!

I have always hired the smaller Baileys before, but this time my family and I treated ourself to the 6 Berth so we had a bit more room. I would heartily recommend a bigger vehicle. Days has done it again! Thank you! Simon :)
